When you think of Swedish food....

...many of us automatically think MEATBALLS! The annual Midsummer holiday for Sweden kicks off on Friday 19th June and for most Swedes this means the start of the summer holidays. It's a time for families to get together and enjoy each other’s company, take part in traditional ring-dances around the Maypole and indulge in lots of food. Here are just a few of those Swedish delicacies that will be consumed across the next week of the Midsummer holiday!
